Founded by visionary Demetrio Mauro, this family-run business has grown from a small local company to a global player in the coffee industry, all while maintaining its passion for quality and authenticity. The De Luxe blend is a carefully crafted composition of 70% finest Arabica beans and 30% Robusta beans, resulting in a deep and complex flavour profile that represents Caffè Mauro's core values. It is composed of beans from Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras and India, grown at altitudes between 900 and 1300 metres. This blend offers rich notes of chocolate, nuts and caramel, complemented by a pleasant acidity and a noticeable aftertaste. Its fruity-floral flavour is enhanced by spicy and chocolatey notes, resulting in a delicious espresso experience.
