Caffè Mauro Centopercento whole coffee beans offer an exclusive coffee variety for true coffee enthusiasts, consisting of a 100% Arabica blend from South and Central America. This unique blend is characterised by its balanced body and acidity from El Salvador coffee, which harmonises perfectly with the fruitiness and subtle vanilla character of Costa Rican beans. This high-quality combination creates a coffee experience with a delightful aroma, good body and typical acidic notes.
Centopercento is an intense Arabica blend, with raw beans sourced from Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador and Honduras, grown at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,600 metres. After careful harvesting, processing and drying of the coffee beans, they are gently roasted for at least 15 minutes. This careful roasting process brings out a strong flavour and refreshing acidity. In addition, the coffee is refined with chocolatey and floral notes, which enrich the coffee experience, as well as a fruity-spicy flavour that completes the espresso experience. The coffee also creates an exceptionally rich crema, making it particularly suitable for classic espresso drinks and cappuccinos.
Recommended for use in restaurants and cafés, Centopercento is ideal when freshly ground and brewed in filter coffee makers, French presses or espresso machines. It can be enjoyed both as a fine long coffee and a delicious espresso. A traditional long-term roasting method allows all the aromas to develop perfectly, which is a hallmark of the Italian roaster Mauro, which has been producing exclusive coffee specialities since 1949. Centopercento is therefore the ultimate choice for coffee lovers looking for an extraordinary taste experience.
